Screenflow is an application yes. Or what you can do is insert a voice over
(don't get this confused with the screen reader) using imovie. What you are
tryign to do is not very possible. What I did was just record the screen and
voice alone wiht quick time then I just inserted with imovie my voiceover
tracks. It would still keep going with the screen cap from the phone.
