[mac4theblind] using Ical to manage google/gmail calendar

Hello folks,
I play with a band that uses google/gmail calendar to post all of our gigs and
each member of the band can see the calendar to post when they can or cannot
play. I was told that we are able to view and manage the calendar with
voiceover from within Ical. Would someone who has done this be willing to
possibly Skype with me and help me get this set up an teach me how to do this
from within Ical? Right now someone from the band is putting dates on the
calendar when I cannot play and it would be so much easier if I could just do
it myself. Thank you,
