Dear Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to invite you to the NEACT Central Division meeting
highlighting a presentation and workshop on Chemistry in Art by Drs. Cheryl
Coolidge and Shari Litch Gray. The event summary is below. Those of you
associated with universities and colleges, please forward the information to
your colleagues as well as chemistry/science education majors.

10:00 - 10:15 Welcome; presentation of winners of the Chemists
Celebrate Earth Day Illustrated Poem contest sponsored by the Central MA
Section of American Chemical Society
10:00 - 12:00 Chemistry in Art - Presentation and workshop on guided
inquiry materials for a course for non-science majors in college or an advanced
high school course
12:00 - 1:00 pm Light lunch (sponsored by Central Mass Section of the ACS)
1:00 - 2:00 NEACT Annual Meeting.

and Ross St.,

To get to Mazzaferro Center from the parking lot, turn left on Ross St. , walk
about 50 yards to Highland Ave. Turn right and you will soon see a pedestrian
plaza and Mazzaferro Center (formerly Newman Center) is a small building on
your left right after the gazebo.
