Hallo,
during my "learning to drive a python"-rides I broke of my steer. I
thought "OK, I didn't use it anyway. Lets leave it off." But I
quickly reinstalled some kind of tube. Reason: When I fell, The bike
inclined completely to totally flat and I hit the ground harder than
before. Before the steers ends did touch the ground and held the bike
at about 45° angle. That way I had more hold-on to the bike while
falling. I simply used the ends of a front fork and make the point
round. Now my bike looks like a bull with two red horns. Some of the
kids of my school tried to ride the Python today and wanted to use
the horns as steer. I totally did forbid it. It is the first part
that will hit the ground. Having your fingers around it could lead to
a lot of flesh-wounds.
Keep that brain spawning wings,
Koen
