I have a 60 tooth Vuelta chainring that I plan to use on my new trike. It has 135 BCD spacing, but my RPM Bulletproof 150 mm cranks are only 110, so I either had to make an adapter or find a solid 110 chainring to use as an adapter. I found a 44 tooth Tioga CD on ebay that was perfect, so with a five additional holes and spacers I now have a 44 / 60 double. Originally I wasn't planning to have a front derailleur on the trike, I have a Sachs brake hub with 3 internal gears and a 6 speed cassette, which I figured would be plenty. But now I have this double on the front it seems silly not to put a derailleur on it -- you can never have enough gears! ;-) So now the problem I am having is that none of the front deraileurs I have are able to shift it. They are obviously designed for much smaller chainwheels. Does anyone know of a front derailleur that will shift up to a 60t? -h ============================================================ This is the Python Mailinglist //www.freelists.org/list/python Listmaster: Jürgen Mages jmages@xxxxxx To unsubscribe send an empty mail to python-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field. ============================================================
