Yes, I can't seem to get to it either. I have posted all the files you need on my website at
http://jetrike.com/juicePlease be mindful of my monthly bandwidth cap -- i.e. don't link to this directory from other websites. The Setup.msi and any of the dll's if they are missing from your system is all you should need. You will also need a Joystick to control the Python simulation.
BTW: I thought a simulation might be interesting to assess the effects of trail and pivot angle. I know it's only a simulation and its not perfect, but it still might be interesting if it appears to mirror real world riding experiences.
