A nice and slender design! I think the frame won't be stiff enough at
several places:
* the bottom bracket: there is generally a lot of torsion going at that
place and your design with the one tube going down along the wheel won't
prevent the BB from wiggling.
* another typical place is the pivot area. I believe that the rear part
connecting to the pivot allows to much torsion and bending.
* the rear wheel has two vertical tubes going to the seat and will allow
the rear wheel to wiggle sideways.

I am unsure about the tube going up right in front of the seat. I think
that it will be annoying.
