[python] Seat / BB diff, height off BB

Hi,
if I understood correct, for optimum aerodynamic, the heels should, in the
lowest position of the peadal, be level with the seat. Considering 17 cm crank
arms and two thirds off (my) 30cm long foot below the pedal. Then the heel is
17cm+ 20cm=37cm below the BB. This would also mean Seat/BB > 37cm.

I second that, Vi: if high performance is not the goal a lower BB is ok. There
are even two more advantages for beginners: blood flow through legs is better
and the feet stay easier on the pedals if they are not attached.
