I'm in the Netherlands, so i am looking at the classifieds at www.ligfiets.nl, but every seat (carbon seats also available are 100 euros). I am already planning on working with glueing carbon tubes and aluminium, which i only used in 2 smaller projects before. Dont really want to add a 3th material to it. I got this strange obsessings in having a short list of diffirent materials I use. I even rework designs so I can use one length of screws less, yes, i am strange. But the idea of building a seat has my mind jumping for joy to fix another idea creative. The most prominent idea in my mind now is a seat like most trikes use, one with a net and not cushions like 'normal' recumbents. At the moment, my design can go 2 ways, going for a 20" front + 20"back version ( like the baby python, on which i based my design), but the design also fits a lowracer with 16"front and 20"back, like a mini Nocom but without the flowing shape. Rob PS. dont worry that it isnt a python, it is still a less common design :) On Fri, Apr 8, 2011 at 4:20 PM, John Lewis <john.lewis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>wrote: > Jürgen Mages wrote: > >> John, >> >> that is a very clever way to make a seat (are these your photos?).
