I agree with the wish posted elsewhere for a pic of the underside construction of your machine. Looks very interesting.I agree with Jurgen about the trike: " is great for shopping and cruising around. The construction is very simple and besides the deltas here maybe the simplest way to build a trike" . But i disagree with : " really poor performance if you want to go fast around corners or if you have lots of potholes and bumps along the road". The python-trike i ride is fast enough for me (30/32 kph on the flat), and fast cornering isn't my cup of tea anyway (90 degree turn, 25 kph max, faster and it tips over). So, maybe a little unstable at 32+, and in fast corners at 25+, but very easy, highly manouvrable in the city and very relaxed to ride at "standard" recumbent speed outside the centre. Thats all i ask for (but maybe its the age, 51 ;-) ). Greetings, henk.

I always carry pepper spray with me (and had to use it twice in 4 years). Concerning the bike-jackers: I would love to see them trying to escape with a Python ...I did not fully complete the dsign of the front suspension yet because all my time off from work finally caught up to me. I will be posting it within the next few days for scrutineering/pros/cons etc. Jurgen, if you dont mind, can I also send some pictures of the trailer that I want to convert to a python trike. We are looking forward to see your pictures.I find it hard to believe that nobody is interested in the trailer/trike. Maybe after they see the photos they will change their minds. I also sent an e-mail to our top selling cycling magazine, offering any of their staff members a chance to learn to ride my bike, and also expose the python. I still did not get any response from them. I`ll wait and see.Do not overestimate the Python Delta. The one I build for my wife and daughter is great for shopping and cruising around. The construction is very simple and besides the deltas here http://www.velomobil.nm.ru/russian_experience/tambovs_fwd/ maybe the simplest way to build a trike. BUT the price is a really poor performance if you want to go fast around corners or if you have lots of potholes and bumps along the road. Cheers to sunny SA, Jürgen. ============================================================ This is the Python Mailinglist //www.freelists.org/list/python Listmaster: Jürgen Mages jmages@xxxxxx To unsubscribe send an empty mail to python-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field. ============================================================------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------
