Hello Pythonists,
I know a little about Rod end pivots.
If they are too stiff at first. Take a small hammer and support rod end pivot across the open jaws of the vice. Hive the outer housing a tap with the hammer.
Its sounds unorthodox but it is supposed to work well.
It has the effect of expanding the outer just enough to make it move freely.
Regards Colin Morton.

Hallo Borm,

Thanks for the pictures and welcome to the club!

Your python looks sweet and I would like to add
it to the project page, if you don´t mind.

The Steering Pivot is made of Rod-End-Bearings with
12mm Size. They first work very strong and I had to
make them going easier.

This encourages me to begin with the pivot survey page,
that I wanted to make some time ago ;-)

Much fun for the learning. You already have mastered the
critical phase and I think you will become perfect soon.

Cheers,
Jürgen.
