[python] steering with the hip

Hi all,

a few minutes ago I finished my evening training, 62 km are done.

And I found out how to steer the python. I use the muscles at the side
between the hip and the ribs. When I stand and move the upper body
to each side, I use them. The same I do sitting on my bike.

To train this it is good to ride a road going smoothly downhill without
pedaling. Keep the pedals one up and one down so both legs have the
same distance to the front.

Than let the hands hanging down.

When the python is moving to the left side, strain the left side muscle
and when it is moving to the right side strain the right side muscle.

Later you can try this with the hands laying on the stomach.

Today I went downhill with 23 km/h and felt these little movements with
the side muscles very nice.

(This remembers me to the "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" which found
out to move only one feather of his wing to control a curve at high
speed)

I encourage you all to exercise often. You will gain a lot of fun and joy
riding the python like I do already now. Jürgen said 400 km are
necessary for being able to control the beast.

O yeah at last, my green python weighs 14,5 kg.

Greetings Jürgen from Giebelstadt
