[python] wiki update

Dear All,
I made a small mess during the update, but thankfully, Marek stepped in timely
and cleaned it all up :-)
There are a few minor glitches, but basically openbike is up and usable again!
Please do some testing and let us know, if you find something.
I found that:
* Jürgens Name is suffering a utf-8 encoding problem
* the Community-p(P)ortal page link has swapt the capital P to lower p and thus
stopped working
* there are two pictures from Jürgen with umlaut in their names, which probably
suffer from the aforementioned encoding problem.
in the long run:
* we might change the sign up procedure to require a valid email address, which
should make it more difficult for spambot to create fake accounts.
Are there any other wishes concerning the wiki?
