I did it years ago in Java and with a mobile phone. You need a library with
a driver and API. In essence works like a regular Internet connection except
that URL is different... something like
btspp://localhost:uuid
where uuid is an equivalent to port number except that it is I believe a 128
bit number opposed to 16 bit port number. Some uuid-s are standard for let's
say ftp and other zillion combinations are guarantee that you will not
collide with others.
From client's side u obtain a list of visible bluetooth servers, select one,
obtain service record from it and from that obtain connection URL.
