Under the console, lynx is a very accessible browser.
Another fairly accessible text-based browser is elink or elinks. I always
forget if it is with or without the s on it.
There's another one out there based off of the ed editor someone might be able
to point you toward. I haven't messed around with it really myself, but it
ought to be accessible as it too is text-based.
I am not sure what anyone else may think, but I haven't found w3 to be very
accessible as a web browser outside of emacs I.E. run as a stand-alone web
browser from the console.
In the gnome desktop, firefox is pretty good with orca.

Syncthing appears to be very accessible but I need a browser running on the Pi.
Which browsers are y'all using? Also, am I correct in thinking I'll need to
install Orca for this?
