[raspberry-vi] Changing Languages in SpeakUp on Accessible Arch

Hello list,

I have just put up a wiki entry at:

http://www.raspberryvi.org/wiki/accessible-arch/

This is the page mentioned in the welcome message when you log in to the 
Accessible Arch image I put up for download yesterday.

One of the things this page tells you is how to change the language in 
SpeakUp.  This is very easy to do and as the synthesiser in use is 
espeak, the number of languages supported is huge.
