If the SD card you want to copy is the one the Pi is running off of,
it's my understanding that there's no reliable way of doing this. The
reason is that an active file system, especially one hosting the
currently running operating system is frequently having files on it
altered and most means of copying an entire filesystem have no way of
accounting for this.
If the SD card you want to copy is connected via an external card
reader and is unmounted, you could use the dd command, though any tool
for copying/backing up SD cards on a Linux x86 PC should work on the
Pi.
