Subject: [raspberry-vi] ORCA on Raspberry Pi Model 3B
The other day I connected my old Raspberry Pi Model 3B and after having a sited
friend do a bit of work and upgrading all 246 packages went fast on a 300MB per
second down connection, my headless Raspberry Pi was Running. The last Speech I
did was 2017-03-10-raspbian-jessie-lite-mate-usbaudio, so am I able to install
ORCA? Also, what USB External Sound Card would be recommended to get?
