Can someone point me to a specific iso or img? I've tried three Debian and
one Arch with no luck. I can get Raspbian, Win 10 iot, and Ubuntu Mate to
work fine.

BRLTTY's website did list the Orbit as supported, but didn't list the
BrailleNote Touch. That surprised me, but I'll take what I can get. The
refreshabraille emulation is good to know, though!
So command line operating systems, and edbrowse/lynx for browsers. I got
arch Linux and coincidentally (hopefully, anyway) fried my SD card. I'm
waiting on Debian now.

I bet many who FINALLY get one will do up a similar package with a PI.
On the command line browsers, other than edbrowse if it works on the PI,
you're probably stuck with lynx and it's similar text browsers which work
fine with brltty and speakup. One can do much with lynx, but many sites do
not work at all or well with these somewhat dated browsers.
