Based on some digging into the page source, it's pulling an audio
element from
http://webradio.radiomonitor.com/stream/Original106
A little testing suggests that VLC's command-line client "cvlc" knows
how to play the stream with
$ cvlc http://webradio.radiomonitor.com/stream/Original106
which is giving me a little New Order stream via the CLI now.
