[raspberry-vi] SSH

The Raspbian default images have SSH enabled by default.
If you want to try XBMC media player, I have found that XBian also has SSH
enabled by default.

Sometimes on Raspbian the first login by SSH launches the Raspi-config
application. It isn't the most screen reader friendly, however it can be
used if you use a screen reader such as JAWS that can determine the color of
text, the focused item has a different color than the other items, so by
examining the colors you can determine what item has focus enough to use the
tool for basic config, and to exit it to get to the command line.

I suspect that this could be automated by using JAWS's set highlight color
function for the SSh terminal, but I have not tested it.

I just spent some time reading through the archives and it sounds like it's
still a work in progress. So far, it sounds like folks have espeak working
and possibly emacspeak, as well as modest success with "yasr" (my favorite
console screen-reader so far), but are still working on getting Orca &
Speakup to a functional point.

I need to either get a new USB keyboard (the down-side to letting the
preschooler bang on it) or get sshd running by default on mine before I can
tinker with it much more.
