If you are using Orca on a Pi 400, setting the screen reader to 'laptop'
keyboard type would be better. And then the same navigation functions
are available from the main keys.
For example "capslock+u" is the same as numpad 7 with numlock off.
In fact in my experience most screen readers are the same. NVDA on
Windows is certainly the same.
