Well, the Cisco Academy is currently offering an intro to Linux course. 
That's a blatant plug, as they're an organization I work for. Alternatively, 
I'm told linode's library is a great resource, and elinux.org has a number 
of pi related tutorials for getting all sorts of stuff working.
