Hi! I would say the measurements they gave sound like the keyboard itself. I
think the keys feel fairly standard. The function keys are in 1 long line
without divisions, but they are very different from the other keys. One can
learn to reach up to them like you would the numbers row, rather than counting
groups. The navigation keys are fine, and the FN or function key turns the
arrow keys into page up and down, end and home. My only real objection is that
you have to use FN when using the function keys, or they act as special keys
like brightness or media control. I haven't found yet whether there is a way to
change that or not, but one can get used to that without too much trouble.
There is an actual power switch on the keyboard, and it powers up and down
almost instantly.
