It didn't work but I'm growing worried about a hardware issue... I'm
using this pi off of a KVM switch. The keyboard works perfectly (except
for its UK definition in the config file which modified the shift-2 key
to a quote instead of an at sign, which made me waste an hour with an
invalid password:-) but that's another story... Anyway, my display is
connected to said KVM switch & works fine with my other machines but,
maybe the current requirements are a bit stringent for poor little pi...
I'll try with a 3 feet long wire directly connected to the pi, then with
a USB hub. If that still doesn't work, then I'll start worrying about
the software aspects again.
