yes, the idea is for us to put together not just the installation but
also the setting up of the Emacs environment, including those files.
Then we will write-up a guide for non-technical people to get started
without having to first learn bash and tcl just to get the editor
installed and working. :)

I am not a developer, but I was under the impression that the bash

that, but since it will build it within Arch Linux, I am thinking that a
specific script will be manageable.
