[raspberry-vi] emacspeak and arch download info

Here it is list, as promised, the emacspeak version of Arch.
the download for the image is:

and if you care to check the md5 sum, it is:

Thank you everyone, for your patience. Please let me know if all works 
as expected. Remember, glance over the release notes quickly, as they'll 
have the info you'll need. You can use DD or Win32 disk imageer to get 
this onto an SD card as you would any other image for the Pi.
