[sib-access] 1st and 2nd endings, segno, with incomplete bars

Hello all, hope everything is ok.

I'm writing ascore
 using jaws 14, sib- aacess, Sibelius 5.2.5
nowi need to put the 1st and 2nd endings lines on some bars, but I
don't the staff line to fit all the bar, just the 1st 3 beats, and the
4th  beat is not in the 1st or 2nd ending lines, can we reach this by
jaws, or it needs sited assistance?
and even segno, I don't want the segno to repeat till the 4th beat of
the bar, the segno will end on the 3rd beat not the 4th, is there a
way to do this/
your help will be much abbreciated
