[sib-access] A measure with part slahses and part notes

Guys,
Is it possible to have a measure in which a guitarist is playing chords
for three beats and then plays two eighth notes on beat 4. How does one
write that? I've never heard of a measure that is populated partially with
slashes and partially with noteheads. So, what is the solution for a
situation where a guitarist is comping for three beats and plays two solo
notes as an answer figure on beat 4?
