So, in place of each quarter note you want 512th notes (128 of them for each quarter) for all three quarter notes, a total of 384 notes crammed into that poor suffering half bar of music? Maybe you'd be better off changing the time signature for that one bar to be 512/512 and tie three groups of 128th notes to make the triplet...let's see, does that add up correctly? 512 - 384 = 128, so that doesn't work, either. You'd need 256 of the 512th beats to make up the remainder of that bar, so you need to have the triplet consume a total of 256 beats evenly divided, which would be 85.6 notes -- no that doesn't seem to work, either. Let's see, each quarter of the bar is represented by 128 of those 512th notes. So a tripl.et of "quarter" notes would indeed each carry 128 of those 512th notes, leaving 256 of those 512th notes to spread across the remainder of that bar. Okay, that's it, then. Set your time signature for that bar to 512/512, and group 128 each into three groups with your pitch bends, and then create a triplet (or tuplet or quintuplet or hexadecifemtatuplet) to keep the beat consistent. I'm sure that will work. Let me know when it's finished. I don't know if any of you would know this, but you can certainly give it your best shot. I'm wondering, how would I break a 3-quarters-to-a-half triplet into 512th notes? The reason why I ask this is because I've found that the easiest way for me to put pitch bend messages in is by increments of 512th notes for each sixteenth note, eighth note, quarter note, half note, etc. _____ No virus found in this message.
