[sib-access] Emergency, please help, Tool windows need fixing, open or close errors

I'm getting Tool windows need fixing, open or close errors again, and
nothing helps.

For the last resort, could anybody send a screenshot where my sighted
assistant could see where these menus should be placed manually?
