Sibelius Blog has posted a new item, Using Numberpile for circled numbered 
rehearsal marks in Sibelius

When we see rehearsal marks in music, when they are enclosed, the vast majority 
of the time they are enclosed in a box. It's the default setting for new 
Sibelius documents and it's a reasonable one.

Less often we see a circle around rehearsal marks. Indeed, the Sibelius 
Reference warns us ...
