[sib-access] How do I Create a Thin Double Bar Line?

Hi, Everyone.
How do I create a thin double bar line (1-2-6, 1-3, 3 in braille) in
Sibelius? I don't see that option under the bar line menu, or it may be
called something else? In the Tips and Tricks, there's a file detailing how
to change a double bar line to a single bar line, but if I'm understanding
print notation correctly, the single bar line separates one measure from
another. I need the bar line that will separate the score in to sections.
