Hi, Dan.
I used Ctrl+F1 to access the verbosity dialog and changed the "modified"
preset. I checked both the "Pitch or text" option and the "phonetic pitches"
option. I didn't find a place where I could select how pitches are
spoken--letters vs. word representation. What am I missing?

Thanks,
Dani

The change will persist as part of the current preset even between reboots.
But you can save it if you want to switch quickly between completely
different presets in the future.

Would I need to save the configuration change in the Verbosity dialog, then
so it can be used as the default for Sib Access? Hope this question makes
sense.

Thanks,
Dani

Dani,

Use the verbosity dialog to change how pitches are spoken. Options are none,
letters (a, b, etc) or words (alfa, beta, etc).

How did you do that? I think I need to swipe a page from your playbook.

Thanks,

Not that I know of. I created my JAWS dictionary with all the more common
letter combinations to read back the phonetics.

Hi, Everyone.
Is Sib Access able to give the phonetic representation of a chord note e.g.,
B = Bravo? Something in my mind says maybe, but I could be just imagining I
read that it could somewhere.

Thanks,

Dani
