[sib-access] Question on Accidentals and Notation

Hi, Everyone.
I'm inputting an assignment in C that's got accidentals. If the first note
is flatted, falls on the and of a beat, and is tied to another note of the
same pitch, do I need to put the flat sign before both notes, or just before
the first instance of the note?
