[sib-access] Using magnitic layout and putting ties

hi all:
if u please, how can I put a tie between 2 chords, to combine them together?
When I did that, it only combine the highest 2 notes.
and, how can I use the magnitic lay out in sibelius 6 to print profissional
score?
