Hello!
I have a question which might seem quite strange but I need to clarify this
thing because I heard different opinions, so I am asking it wherever I only
can. This question is about rules of writing slurs. Here's an example. We have
two sounds which are supposed to be slurred when playing. However, the first
sound is represented with two notes. The first note is tied to the second. So
we have two sounds written as three notes. Should we essentially slur all three
notes or we can slur only second and third note? Some years ago I heard an
opinion that it is no matter if the first note is tied with second but recently
one man told me that it is a mistake and we should slur all three notes. What
do you think about this?
Dmitry
