[sib-access] writing metronom mark, and the incert instruments

hi all:
if u please, how can I write metronom, in a score that am working on already?

and please,  when I need ton incert an instrument, the dialogue is not so good, 
if I hit down errow, it can't read anything, I must hit incert 5 in the keypad 
to read what  the jaws is reading right now.

any help will be highly abbreciated.
