The long-range forecast shows a beautiful day with the temperature in the high
70’s or so.

Thank you for being a part of our 4th Annual Lucas T. Pyeatt Memorial Golf
Tournament!

Below is information for the day of the "tournament", please don't hesitate to
email or call me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you in advance for being patient with the process as this is new
territory for all of us!
*PLEASE CHECK WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I HAVE ALL OF YOUR TEAM NAMES
Day of:
* Tee times will begin at 0830 (I will reach out to team leads and/or
individual golfer with your tee time this week/beginning of next week at the
latest)
* I will be on course at our tent for check-in. Your team may arrive no
earlier that one hour before your tee time.
* Check-in with me, grab your bag, and purchase raffle tickets at the tent.
* From there you will move to the putting green to practice and from there you
will be taken to your carts to begin your round.
* There will be a longest shot/Closest to the hole for you to participate in
on the honor system.
* Mother Earth Brewing will be on course to grab a cold one!
* After you finish, please bring all scorecards to me.
* You will then go to the snack bar, give your name and get your lunch to eat
with your foursome or you can have them wrap it up to go.
Within 24-48 hours Chris and I will prepare a video to share announcing the
winners of the cup, trophies, and raffle!
We want to make this a quick, easy, fun day for everyone - the basic premise is
to get out and enjoy some time with friends safely.
