Dear SOGAGG,
I wanted to validate / clean up the email distro list. I validated that each
person signed up has ECHOPOST flag set meaning you should get your original
email that you send out, sent back to you as well. Most times this happens,
but I think that sometimes the Internet Service (Mail) Providers (ISPs) can
block the echo posts.
Below is the list of users that I currently have. NOTE - These are masked to
prevent sending out everyone's email address. It is fine to have multiple
emails here. NOTE - If someone sends out an email to the distro list and there
email is not listed below, then I need to manually approve, which can lead to
delays. This is set up to avoid persons spamming our list or using our SOGAGG
list to send out viruses via phishing (with people being the phish :-)
1) If someone needs to add an email address, please let me know the desired
email address and I can add. One will need to confirm the confirmation email.
2) If someone needs to remove an email address, please let me know the desired
email address and I can remove.
KD - I noticed that I do not have Bounce Back's email in the list. If you can
check with him to see if he desires to be on the distro list and if so, please
provide me his desired email address(es), that would be great.
