SOGAGG Colleagues,
Here is a new set of COVID-19 emergency regulations for all of San Diego County
that was just invoked at noon yesterday. On its face, it appears quite
specific but there were so many (and varied) edicts from so many sources
invoked over the past month that I’m not sure if this is (in some cases)
setting more restrictive conditions or the County now speaking as the single
voice for all residents. Interestingly, this is a government regulatory
document that is written in quite plain English, which may cause the author to
be fired…

This appears to be a single source of regulatory guidance for the time being.
I assume the individual cities will have the authority to tighten them down
more if they desire, but not loosen them.
Best,
