The first table shows, inter alia, the number of clubs each player may bring
on the course. Exempli gratia, Putter plus one club for sHank. The second
table shows the current lineup—let me know if you desire a change.
The attached file depicts what the scorecards will look like. You may notice
that everyone has a course handicap of zero. For this game, the handicap is
already set by the number of clubs allowed.
