probably factored in, and probably did not make a difference. As I reflect
back on lessons learned, I cannot help but think as SOGGAGers, we need to keep
in simple – 2 games at the same time, no computer, what were we thinking, it is
not possible as much as we try.
Ace – what can I say, your legend continues to grow – thank you for dialing up
a stellar day of laughter, friendship sprinkled in with some golf, thank you
for hosting breakfast (once again), and thank you for the new blue shirts –
they turned out great, looking forward to donning them in near future. Hope

No worries Rules, it was a great event! Saw that our team went from 3rd to
1st and suspect that it was because I was scoring 1-2-3 cha cha cha, not 3-2-1
waltz, which would benefit our team as we didn’t score well on the 3 ball
scores, mainly due to yours truly, such as my tin cup 3 kaplunks into the lake
on #18. XOXOF, not only did you play great, but saved our team countless
shots by finding our errant shots and your amazing green reading skills.
Woods hit almost every cart path on the course, and hit some of the best
recovery shots through trees that nobody saw. But our team star goes to Ace
(thanks again for breakfast, and the awesome blue shirts), who in his first
outing back since “the shoulder injury” was bombing John Daly like drives
all day long. It was a little odd that he said that he had to check on OB's
car and went to the EV charging station at the turn. I suspect that he may
have had his shoulders robotically replaced, so we may need Rules to check on
his tournament legal status.

After reviewing the scorecards from today's event, and recalling a comment
by WOXOF, I realize that three of us on the first foursome played from the
white vice the required green tees. Unfortunately, this disqualifies the
three of us and makes a mess of the proceedings. I take the fault for this
one, since I am the one who designated green tees to begin with and should
have been paying attention-those senior moments are occurring more often. I
apologize for not catching this mistake. Whatever money you have, please
keep it. For those owed money, please send me your mailing address (I think
I have everyone except Brassie, Brian, Matt), and I will send you a check
per the results below. As an additional corrective for this egregious
error, I will donate $200 in the name of SOGAGG to the upcoming STEP/UTR
golf tournament.
Based on the disqualifications, the event results follow.
