In a non-golf related matter, I came across this executive summary of each
of the many state-wide ballot measures that we will have to vote on this
coming November 8th. I thought you might be interested in viewing a
"foundation" set of statements on each before diving into the myriad of
details that come with them via other means. Don't forget these are only
California-wide initiatives - there are so many local measures that your
ballot will cover two pages and on both sides. (It strikes me that if our
legislative elected officials just did their jobs, we wouldn't have to have
this thrown on our shoulders).
