Campbell County, TN Cove Lake State Park.
12 Palm Warblers there late afternoon as well as ( 1) Yellow-Rump Warbler
I normally would not post Palm Warbler on TN birds, however, Ebird
flagged this as "Rare". They do seem a bit early. Ironic, but I entered 2 into
Ebird that I saw earlier today only 1 mile from Cove Lake, and it was not
flagged as "Rare"..
Was out for a walk but always birding..... Still 5 RubyThroated Hummers
around on the abundant orange Jewelweed.
1 Swainson's Thrush- 1 Magnolia Warbler. Did not walk the back trail
thickets where most of the thrush have been recently due to the late day.
