[TN-Bird] 2005 TOS grants

The Tennessee Ornithological Society has budgetted money for grants
to projects that will benefit birds that nest in, winter in, or
migrate through the state of Tennessee.

While these are not large grants, the application process is quite
simple and fast.  Applications will be reviewed and voted upon by a
5-member committee and awarded this fall.  Information can be found
