[TN-Bird] American White Pelican - Old Hickory Lake (Davidson/Sumner Counties)

I checked Snow Bunting peninsula and the area around the dam at Old Hickory 
Lake this afternoon. I saw several Common Loons, lots of coots, a few 
Pied-billed Grebes, and at least four Horned Grebes. But the best sighting by 
far was an American White Pelican near the marina at Rockland Recreation Area. 
I saw the bird fly in and land and got decent looks at it, considering the 
distance. It was there for about 15 minutes before it took off and headed east. 
I watched it in the air for about another 10 minutes as it gained altitude and 
went out of view.
