[TN-Bird] Anhinga at Shelby Forest

Meeman - Sheby Forest, Shelby Co.

As mentioned by Richard Connors in recapping the TOS meeting
in Memphis, an Anhinga was seen soaring at Poplar Tree Lake by
Rack Cross & I  (good spotting Rack!).

Thanks to Jeff Wilson & Mike Todd for suggesting this site as a
potential place to see one.
