[TN-Bird] Audubon CBC's are now free!

All,
Audubon recently announced that Christmas Bird Counts will now be free and not
cost you $5 to participate per count. The fee went to printing and shipping
the American Birds magazine that summarized all the CBC data. All the
information will still be produced, but published online only. From what I
remember reading a few years ago, the funds raised through the fee was never
enough to cover the costs of publication. Donations are still welcome since
there are costs with compiling the data and getting it all ready for online
viewing.
