Got a call from a woman in Jonesborough, TN, who has had a Song Sparrow visiting her feeders for a couple of weeks. The bird has a small blue band around its left leg. I told her I would see if I could find anyone who had any knowledge of any banding projects involving Song Sparrows. All I have on the band is the color: blue. If anyone has any information, even general information, I'm sure she would appreciate it. She was very curious about the entire process.
